Zoltán Kocsis’ further improvement has made it possible that he was dismissed by the György Gottsegen National Institute of Cardiology where he went through an operation on the 20th of September and had been taken care of since then.
The Maestro and his family would like to express their gratitude for the literally life saving operation and the thorough care he received from the doctors and care unit personnel of the Institute.
The artist’s rehabilitation is going to be continued in a private sanatorium where he can receive visitors only from his close family and circle of colleagues. He still needs a lot of rest and regular monitoring by his doctors. His complete recovery can be expected in a few months. However, he has already started consultations about the most important work issues with a narrow circle of his colleagues.
