We regret to inform our dear audience that the 6 November 2020 – In Memoriam Zoltán Kocsis concert has been canceled.

The Hungarian government’s emergency protection measures, issued on 3 November, strictly regulate both the number of spectators and the seating arrangements at cultural events.

For the Hungarian National Philharmonic, the protection of the health of our audience and adherence to the rules in force to be of the utmost importance, yet we need some time to adjust to the new requirements. Given the large number of spectators who have already purchased tickets, the National Philharmonic’s In Memoriam Zoltán Kocsis concert on 6 November will not take place.
Tickets purchased can be exchanged for tickets for other concerts a refund can be requested by 30 November. Tickets for the missed concert can only be refunded in person at the external ticket office at Károly körút 21. Tickets can be exchanged at both of our external ticket offices. By communicating the barcodes of the tickets and selecting the concert you would like to exchange your ticket for – if applicable – you can request a refund or exchange your ticket by writing to address jegy@filharmonikusok.hu or by calling +36 (1) 411-6636.
The National Philharmonic will do its utmost to ensure that future concerts are held in safe conditions in accordance with the rules in force.
