Ádám Szokolay was accepted into the Liszt Academy's School for Exceptional Young Talents at the age of eight. After graduation, he continued his university studies at the Bard College Conservatory of Music in New York, studying under Peter Serkin. Since 2018 he has been studying in Grigory Gruzman's class at the Franz Liszt Hochschule für Musik in Weimar. The young pianist has won numerous domestic and international competitions and awards, including first prize in the Bartók World Competition in 2019 and the Junior Prima Award.
